N9NE Group Installs Shift4’s Payment Processing Solution DOLLARS ON THE NET

LAS VEGAS August 24, 2004 – The N9NE Group, co-owners and operators of the N9NE Steakhouse, Rain Nightclub, ghostbar® and Skin Pool Lounge at The Palms Casino in Las Vegas, has installed Shift4’s DOLLARS ON THE NET solution to process all of their credit and debit transactions.

The N9NE Group operates some of the hottest clubs in Las Vegas with thousands of visitors each day. With over 35,000 transactions monthly from four different locations, the N9NE Group was looking for a solution that could help them quickly, accurately and securely process and manage transactions from across the enterprise. To provide this solution they turned to Shift4.

Shift4’s DOLLARS ON THE NET solution is a powerful, web-based enterprise payment processing solution. It offers advanced auditing features, fraud control, robust reporting and the highest level of transaction security. The N9NE Group installed DOLLARS ON THE NET to connect their Infogenesis point-of-sale systems directly to their processor via Shift4’s high-speed leased lines. The result: sub 3-second authorizations for improved guest services.

“Las Vegas is a fast paced place. If a customer is forced to wait, they’ll find somewhere else to go. That’s why finding a fast, reliable and accurate solution was such a key factor in our search for a new payment gateway and DOLLARS ON THE NET definitely fits the bill,” stated Douglas Hunter, Controller, N9NE Group.

Through DOLLARS ON THE NET all of the N9NE Group’s transactions, from all four locations, are processed through a single solution. Shift4 hosts the application and the data, creating a 24-month searchable, online archive that allows for quick retrieval, advanced reporting and improved charge back defense.

“DOLLARS ON THE NET gave us the control we were looking for while working with the systems and processor we already had in place. It seamlessly connects all of our point-of-sale systems, enabling us to easily audit, manage and report transactions from any of our locations right over the Internet,” added Mr. Hunter.
